Progess reports are distributed every six weeks. Only the semester grades are the permanent records for the transcript.
 
Generally, the following criteria are used in determining grade designations:

A	..........	Excellent
B	..........	Good
C	..........	Average
D	..........	Passing
F	..........	Failing
I	..........	Incomplete
CR	..........	Credit
NC	..........	No Credit

The following criteria are used in determining citizenship designations:
O............ Outstanding.......... N..... Needs Improvement
S............. Satisfactory.......... U..... Unsatisfactory
